Refused service at 4:35 when your hours are until 5:00 p.m. on Sunday

I went to your Salon on 05/19/2013. I wanted a clipper cut which would have taken 5 minutes.

I was told by your Sales representative that they were taking no new clients as both of them were working on people at the time. If you are open till 5:00 p.m., anyone who walks through the door should be provided service. I went to Great Clips, and received exemplary service, and told them what had happened, and the representative told me that they are required to take customers until the door closes at 5:00. She couldn't believe your sales representative did such a thing.

I have patronized your businesses for the last 15 years, but I will NEVER enter one of your salons again. If this is how your beauticians treat their clientele, frankly, I'm surprised you are still in business.

Hair stylists are not sales representatives. Each company that owns a salon will have different rules.

Maybe the salon that refused you service has to have their employees out of the salon right at 5:00PM.

That means that after the people that they were working on, they would still have to sweep, etc. Were the other customers just getting a hair cut, or were they receiving additional services.

"Maybe the salon that refused you service has to have their employees out of the salon right at 5:00PM."

If that's the case then the salon should change their posted hours. Like maybe close at 4 instead. If the sign on the door (you know, the one that customers or potential customers see) says the place closes at 5 then we are to assume that 5 is when the doors are locked and no new customers can enter.

That being said, common sense should be exercised by customers and staff alike. If a guy comes in for a quick trim at 4:55 there's no reason he should be turned away. But, if someone comes in wanting color or some other treatment at 4:45 then you should be able to politely suggest they book an appointment for the next day or whatever. As long as you're not a *** about it and you sincerely try your hardest to satisfy the customer, they'll probably be understanding. Also it might help to actually post a sign at the desk or something stating that although you close at 5 certain procedures can't be accommodated after 4:30 or whatever. Seems like a simple solution to a common problem.

Oh, and lastly, stylists ARE sales representatives in a way. They are trying to sell their services (not to mention any products the salon might be trying to push). I don't mean that if someone comes in for a cut that the stylist tries to talk them into a perm as well. I mean that, assuming the stylists WANTS to build a customer base, she will "sell" you on her good work. You will tip, you will recommend her to friends, and you will return.

That is ridiculous to come in for a hair cut 5 minutes before closing and expect service. It is not a grocery store where you are quickly in and out.

A good hair cut take 20-30 minutes for a lot of stylists.

If they weren't already doing someone I'm sure they would have accommodated him, but to suggest that they should have him wait after they are closed and still take him is unbelievable! Take your business to great clips Bc you are the kind of customer that no one wants anyway!

Failed to keep appointment

made appointment on Tuesday to have my hair done on Friday for a special community project that I was to do for my soriety. When I set up the appointment I was told that the person that was to do this appointment did not have another appoint until 9 -- mine was to be at 8 am as I have to go to work at 10. when I arrive at the appointment Dessiree told me I would have to wait as she had to do 2 other of "her" customers. I could not wait so I had to find an alternate. I I have been going to this saloon-Fiesta -Monticello, Indiana since it opened and feel like I should have been give my schelude time. I will not return to this place of business. Linda C. Conner

The last 5 times I have tried to get a haircut/and or a Malibu etc, I am told they are the only one there and they have no openings for the rest of the day. HARD TO BELIEVE when this happens a LOT.

They will only have one customer they are working on and no one else. Its 130 and I asked about coming in around 330-4 ish and told they are booked the rest of the day.

NOT A ONE TIME OCCURANCE HERE. HAPPENS ALL THE TIME!

Plymouth Fiesta has to many *** girls in one salon

I took my mother into the salon in plymouth and when the stylist took my mother back to heathers chair she and the other stylist was making sexual comments about each other. I was very upset. I use to have Missy do her her and now she quit. So another manager bit the dust i am sure its all to do with this nonsense. I will NEVER support Fiesta Salon or will I NEVER give a good word about that salon. Far as I am concern the 3 girls that are in that salon should be gone. The word of mouth is that best avdertisement for them. Missy use to do our whole family and NEVER had a problem no that she is gone the salon went to *** and I swear I will NEVER be back thanks to Shannon, Heather and Christina

"used to" not "use to"

"concerned about" not "concern about"

Learn how to spell and use proper grammer, before you go on a public forum and sound like an ***. Have a great day!
